IJNT.net - NASA Internet Exchange Point Collocation
Agreement

HOUSTON -- (INTERNET WIRE) -- 07/19/99 -- IJNT.net, Inc. (OTC BB:IJNT), a leading
high-speed Internet access provider, announced today that it has agreed to collocate
its network equipment in the MAE West/Ames Internet Exchange facility operated by
the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (''NASA'') at Moffett Field,
California.

Winston Johnson, IJNT's chief technical officer, said, ''This is a major landmark in the
development of our national backbone infrastructure. MAE West is known among
Internet providers as one of the Internet's key hubs, the true 'information
superhighway.' NASA operates and manages the huge facility where the primary
public and private data and communication flows meet and interconnect. As we install
our equipment and connect to the NASA Gigaswitch at MAE West, IJNT will join a
handful of large service providers and carriers which have collocated to interconnect
with the global voice and data networks represented there.''

This agreement will enable IJNT to hand off domestic and international network traffic
within the Ames Internet Exchange, and access multiple ports on the DEC
Gigaswitch which forms the core of the immense information hub. The arrangement
will facilitate the provision of new network products and services to existing IJNT
customers, and simplify the Company's access to the networks of the world's major
companies and governments. The passage of network traffic between IJNT, its
subsidiaries, and interconnected providers is expected to be a substantial source of
revenue for the Company.

''The NASA Ames Internet Exchange facility is one of the world's key centers for
information traffic,'' said Mary Blake, president of IJNT. ''The integration of our network
into this global exchange point is an important step in the Company's development of
a world-class information transport system.''

IJNT.net provides high-speed, wireless Internet access, wired broadband solutions,
and telecommunication services. The Company's customer base is growing rapidly as
the Company diversifies its offerings and expands its network across the U.S. and
internationally. IJNT also provides website development, online advertising, and
e-commerce services as well as dial-up Internet access throughout the U.S. and
internationally. The Company's rapid growth is the result of aggressive marketing and
sales, internal development, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
