mact:I have a good feeling about this one,SFE is by far the biggest shareholder in the company, now IBM is taking a stake worth $45 million at the offer price,B2B is the segment of choice in the eCommerce space 'coz that is where the real money is. 13 mil shares is comparatively large but it is not all that large, this way more institutions will hopefully participate in the IPO,the other ones with 2-4 million shares major institutions normally won't touch them just because there aren't enough shares to have a meaningful holding in their portfolio. Here are some of the shareholders who own 5% or more in the company. Comcast ICG, Inc. (4)........... 10,623,500 c/o Comcast Corporation 1500 Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19102 CPQ Holdings, Inc.
