I like your analysis on T. T is very under value if you compare it to its peer, esp. the Internet Company - not to mention of AOL.

Magellan or Fidelity in general can see through the thin fog here that T is very under value and in the position to take off within the next month and years to come. Several major Brokers from Goldman to Lehman likes T -> Strong Buy period.

T has a strong support from Microsoft and many other major media players. Mr. Armstrong has changed T from the old fashion utility company to become the telecomunication hi-growth company. Just looking at its current businesses, like: Cellular Phone, Long Distance, Local Phone, Basic Cable TV services, Dial Up ISPs and Data/Networking Services (from IBM), T stocks alone should worth more than $55. The p/e is too low if you compare it to WCOM, Sprint, or GLobal Crossing. Now, with the addition of internet telephony, Broadband, Excite@AtHome, T is a complete Package. I agree with Mr. Armstrong here that he is done with his shopping spree. He definitely has come up with a good plan for T within the last 2 years.

The future is bright and the growth will be there for years to come. The FCC and the Fed can not put a limit on T success. AOL and the rest are just bunch of crying babies. T works hard to earn this role. And, Like any other business, T has emerged and about to reign the Telecommunication business again, in both hardware and software (Delivery, access and as well content). The Fed and FCC should embrace T strategy here to provide more to American consumer at less value. And looking at T customer service records, the FCC and FED should rest here and evaluate the decision again in 3 years.

With the lead from Fidelity and Goldman, I am sure public (small investor) will jump in within the next 2 weeks to buy T. The other mutual fund managers are not going to let it go either, they probably have been accumulating.

I truly believe that T will emerge and provide the consumer with better services and cheaper prices.

Good luck T and its shareholder!
