Hi TSO/dlo,

I see you are fired up over CTEC esp. after Fri. Personally I am a doubting Al and will wait to see what transpires next week.

I can't find anything to account for the pop. Zacks has it rated as a hold ranking 52/56 in the industry.

With slick Willie's battle over health care with our illustrious legislators it makes no sense to me that CTEC would go up at all.

My only guess would be that maybe some drug company caught wind of their products and might want to take them over. This is only conjecture on my part as I can't find any new news.

Keep me posted if you dig up anything. The next few days should certainly tell us if this last abberation was for real.

If I may chime in to this discussion, I couldn't help noticing that the chart shows a number of similar moves in recent months, all of which quickly faded. In the absence of news, don't see any reason to expect anything different this time.
