Offshore - I don't even know why I'm posting anymore, since t2K explained it so well :) It's amazing - must be ESP or something, because I agree with him almost 100%.

The equity market is at very high valuations right now. A lot of factors are coming together around the fall, which could remove liquidity from the market. MSFT is the most prominent, widely held, liquid stock, and a very tempting target to pull profits from (and for some, perhaps even short). There is no problem inherent in MSFT itself, but market conditions is what concerns me. I imagine a good recovery for softie, but I don't see it moving to a top, until it hits somewhere in the vicinity of $140, around April 2K.
