Mark, I see that my speculating over whether GBLX would pick up FRO or not was just a few minutes too late. Nice reporting, thanks. Frank

Hey that's way cool! Global Crossing management wrote us a letter.

Seems things worked out pretty much as most people had hoped.

Thanks Gary Winnick, Lodwrick Cook and Bob Annunziata for continuing the "financial and management discipline have been hallmarks of Global Crossing since its inception."

I'm probably leaving early tomorrow for the beach for a few days.

Frank, this article mentions the story you started to tell me a month or so ago.

Annunziata is known as a hands-on manager. In 1993, when a
terrorist bomb exploded in the World Trade Center in New York,
water rushed into the building that housed Teleport's electronic
and phone equipment. The chief executive worked for nine hours in
jeans and boots to help salvage the equipment and ensure
Teleport's customers weren't affected.
