David, I had similar questions as well. Which potential Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEMs are ruled out? There has been quite a bit of speculation concerning IBM, and whether they even tested Ancor's switch against BRCD before making a decision, and word was on this thread long, long before the IBM OEM announcement that Ancor was "not going to get" that OEM. Does this disclosure in the S-3 confirm that Ancor was never in the running, because it was precluded contractually from competing for that business? If so, how long does that restriction remain in force? Pat
