John, While I am dead serious about offering shares to cover the short position, there is no way that M/L can accept them. Think about it John..... I don't care to spell it out. If the shareholders vote to issue shares for the same reason, that would essentially amount to the same situation. We would still be giving up part of what we already own. Now, I think you miss the point here. Shareholders that are honestly willing to surrender shares to cover the short position should draw attention to our cause. We'll see what happens from there. Yep.... I would willingly cut off my nose to save my face - you bettcha, but I don't believe I will have to in the long run. Sitting in my house holding tight to my share certificates isn't going to do a thing to help this cause. Every shareholder that we can count on to honestly say that they would "donate" shares to cover the short position may help the cause to get trading again. Going after Fisher will cost you much, much more in the long run and holds no hope of recovery at all. IMHO People don't flee to the Bahamas just cause they like the weather you know. I hope you will reconsider, but if you don't, please get your letters out anyway. If you have any other ideas, please post them. Remember the halt was lifted after ten days. Since then we have been waiting on NASD. It's time to write letters...lots of letters. I'm not accusing M/L of anything.... I just want to help them out...being the caring person that I am. No rewards for anything...I wouldn't think of that! In fact, if there were a way we could authorize the shares and cover the position without involving any names....I would be willing to explore that to. :~) Hope to see you back soon Gary,
