OK. The evidence is starting to mount up.

Note that in my case both the price and the time are off -- but they are in sync with each other, which is probably much less confusing than what you see. This confirms what Ross told me about the server providing the time stamp for the quote: It explains why yours is one way and mine is another but they are both wrong.

I believe MB/Townsend is fed by S&P and Cyber is fed by PC Quote.

The last piece in this puzzle is whether or not Q-Charts gets it right and if so, how come?
