Hello Trev I did not look too far into all the NR's but one late in 1997 quoted the % I referenced. Why it showed that number and not the one you refer to I am afraid I can not say. I also can't presume to know how the courts will rule with regard to the litigation therefore I must leave that to others to presuppose. Shall we just presume that I erred or guessed on the low side and that perhaps there is ample room on the upside of my numbers. Regards
