Lastly, this company (CLZR) **WAS** DEAD 18 months ago.

Here is the short version of back to life.

ESC owned the market & their laser went for $170,000 a pop.

CLZR introduced the GentleLase at $59,000 a pop with a better
technology and better cooling. (I can post links and let
the doctors do the talking)

ESC still has not responded. Read their last 10 press releases.

In addition, CLZR threw a curve ball in the mix by tying up
with PSSI and having them market to REAL DOCTORS and HOSPITALS.

i.e. 100,000 new targets and NO competitors

My best guess is PSSI is selling 30 lasers a quarter.

CLZR's normal distribution channel is JUST Derms and some E's.

Finally, earnings .......

As you already know ... I cannot guarantee you earnings.

Now having said that ... I do. i.e. $1.05 to $1.07.

If I am wrong .... it is because I am low balling. <g>

Lets just say $1.05.

This *is* a seasonal business, and this past quarter *is*
the heart of it.

regards,
John McCarthy
