Nobody is using the word "cure" here, except you.

You have already stated that you would not accept publication from a respected medical journal as "scientific evidence".

You have stated that the only "evidence" that you would accept would be studies that are not germane under the guidelines of the FDA and the FDA does not deem necessary.

You have continued to make illegal libelous assertions that the average "reasonable person", a standard legal criterion, would view as false in the face of the factual material provided.

Circuitous arguments do not substitute for debate, especially when they accuse people of criminal activity. For your information, people are not guilty until proven innocent in the USA, it is the other way around. And that is precisely why we have laws against libel and personal defamation.

Nobody is making fantastic claims, Bill. You want the study published as evidence yet you have told us you will not believe it if it is published in a respectable medical journal. I have pointed out, despite the fact that the study has not been published, that it has been read and publicly critiqued on Detroit television by an academic otorhinolaryngologist, Dr. Seidman of Wayne State/Henry Ford Hospital and that videoclips are available on the net.

You have also demonstrated that you did not know that the USC Ph.D.s I mentioned were the INVENTORS of Zicam.

So, in conclusion, you make accusations you cannot prove, you put the burden of proof on people on whom it is not legally charged, and you admit that facts do not concern you.

Since your arguments have no merit based on fact and are based on namecalling that has the potential to put you into a lot of trouble,I think a "reasonable person" could assume that it is because you are trying to frontrun a short position. Just my opinion based on your own admissions and statements.

My friend Bill:
<This is an interesting tactic made by stock promoters. they turn around and ask, "where is the EVIDENCE of fraud?" >>

I remember all the Zitel shills demanding the shorts prove them wrong.
I just wonder why some many pin their hopes on long shots, when there
are Gorilla like companies like Qualcomm,

sure is a nice day
Michael

<I can't do that, since management is - in fact - perpetrating a stock promotion fraud.>

"in fact"? Based on what facts?? That statement blatantly libels GumTech and it's management. There are no facts to support your allegation! Do you think that hiding behind a fake alias will save you? The only thing that might save you is that you are a PEON and management may not feel compelled to waste their time on you.

<I can't do that, since there is no direct scientific evidence that supports the claims made by the promoters of Zicam.>

I see, so any product on the market that doesn't meet the "Bill Wexler" ALIAS stamp of approval is a "scam". LOLOL that's a joke, right? And you think that others here are trying to discredit you. Nah, it's foolish statements like that one that discredit yourself.

It's quite obvious that you are trying to manipulate the stock of a publicly traded company by making false, unproven, and libelous claims on a public message board. Your bluff has been called. Now it's time for you to stop.
