Disagree. The free, open and intelligent discussion of Bob Brinker's market analysis and related topics is sufficient reason to continue the thread.

If anyone can post anything without regard to fact or fiction then this thread will quickly become a wasteland on nonsense which this thread was established to avoid in the first place.

Agreed. Misrepresentation of the facts, directly or indirectly, should not be tolerated. To imply that the Internet sector was not participating in the current rally was a misrepresentation of the facts. Apparently I was just about the only one around here who cared. Perhaps others were simply intimidated by the thread's thought police. Although I must say you almost agreed, at least I think you almost agreed. If someone thinks Bob is mistaken, or off base, or without a clue, we should be able to say it without a pit bull attack.

As I recall,. the whole concept underlying modern jurisprudence is rooted in the civil resolution of differences. But before we get to that point, we should welcome the exposure, not stifle it, of those differences so intelligent resolution can occur.
