Gottfried, You've got it - the term is similar in meaning to "hypothetical." For example, a pro forma balance sheet might show a debt issue that has been proposed but has not yet been consummated, or a pro forma income statement might reflect a merger that has not yet been completed. In Scott's case it was the recent acquisitions.

Kinda ugly week for the NASDAQ. Plenty of red on my screen. At least CENT and WMAR appear to be holding their own. Hope your portfolio is doing well.
