ALpine Sloth, What another Truth Twister you are!! A.S state: In his post 5854 Francois Goelo made a startling statement: "…the effect on ZSUN will be minimal, since about 80% of its net earnings come from the activities of OIA, which operates entirely outside of China..." A.S futher states: Let's understand this. 80% of ZSUN's earnings will stem from OIA. (Cleverly, but desingenously A.S has removed: "about"). As most of you will recall, Francois has repeatedly posted that 1999 EPS will be $0.32, ("will be"? Not true A.S, I said: "the target is"..., which is very different) as for example in posts 5783 and 5381: (not "will" again here, but "should") be met". A.S further states: ZSUN is comprised of 4 wholly owned subsidiaries, MAI, MII, OIA and the beverage business, BestWay (BBI). According to Francois' most recent statement, OIA will generate 80% of the $0.32 EPS figure, or $0.256. This means that collectively the remaining three subsidiaries, included the much touted Internet business, will generate 20%, or $0.064. (not true: I drew parallel between their accounting methods). To support his P/E multiple of 200 (not true, I have a PE of 100 for ZSUN, half of that of PCNTF) he compares ZSUN to PCNTF, a provider of Internet access and related Internet development of on-line and multimedia products and services. How much of a parallel is there? Not much. Look at the businesses that ZSUN is in. Look at Francois' figures - 80% of earnings will come from OIA. While there may be other reasons for ZSUN to have a P/E multiple of 200 (not true again, it's 100) (I can't think of any) the comparison to PCNTF is definitely not one of them. Francois has deliberately been trying to pull the wool over your eyes. But then that's what touts do. CONCLUSION: in just one little post, Alpine Sloth has DELIBERATELY MISREPRESENTED THE TRUTH, LIED IN FACT half a dozen times, thinking readers are stupid! A.S, that's another post that gets directly e-mailed to ZSUN to forward on to their Lawyers. Please, keep digging your Hole and don't bother apologizing again...
