I chewed their gum as instructed when I felt the cold coming on. I didn't want to chew too long or else the medicine would all be used up. When the gum reached the desired consistency, I rolled it with a rolling pin on some wax paper and then cut it into two equal halves. With round tip tweezers, I stuck each half 2/3 the way up each nostril. My nose stopped running for the rest of the day. Before bed, I removed the gum and slept soundly. The next day, my cold was gone.
