I try to avoid giving direct investment advice. I also try to avoid knowingly committing illegal acts and I make every effort to abide by the SI terms of use. Whether I have "loaded up" on two shares or twenty thousand is nobody's business here since we all have different thresholds of risk for different types of investment.

Your opinion may not necessarily affect the price, but it may because GUMM is a thinly traded, small float security - it is actually an arguable point that you may, when looking at the short term. There is potential harm to those who follow your postings and interpret them as truthful based on their previous experience. I do not know you at all and this "discourse" (I should call it "dyscourse" - and certainly will avoid the word "intercourse") is my first recollection of dealing at all with you on SI.

I think either I have proven, or it can be proven, that you are not being truthful in this case and are engaged at worst, in an illegal activity and at best, in violations of your SI terms of posting. To make a long story short, you may influence someone else to lose money based on knowingly posting untrue material. That is one of the harms in posting lies. As an adult, you should know that and take some personal responsibility.
