I went through a list of over 100 penny stocks and after months of searching for info in the library I decided to watch CIST. I notice that they had been profitable for each of the five previous years. That was great for a penny stock. I noticed that they had very little debt -- another plus. Then I noticed that they were suing several companies for patent infringement. Later I realized how big IMNX was. So, I watched CIST for four or five years before I bought the stock. I got in pretty low, but the stock took off before I could buy more within my comfort range. I watched it go over $1 and decide that I was in long-term. I envisioned CIST as a $10 in 10 years stock. I still believe CIST has great potential... greater than $1.

I sure hope the potential buyer is not reading about how everybody is willing to sell for $1. I hope the bigger investors (the universities) demand more than $1 for CIST.

I would like to see the next financial statements before they decide to sale/merge.

1.) It would be nice to see if CIST can continue to be profitable.

2.) I would like to read more about the Phase II clinical trials going on in Australia.

3.) I would like to know what PMC had to say about IL-1b in that Vaccine Clinical Trials Conference on 7/13/99.
