re. UAI, I shorted today. The Yahoo thread did have reports of difficulties in borrowing shares last week, but I had no trouble today.

My short is primarily based on what appears to be an extreme valuation, and secondarily on a number of flags: peculiar looking balance sheet, no-name auditor, reverse merger into a shell, previous listing on OTC-BB.
