That's great Dan. And when you become the president of Go2Net/SI then you can become the sole defender of truth, justice and the American way on these message boards. In the meantime I will continue to recommend to the readers of this thread to sell/short sell GUMM based upon my belief that the stock price has been artificially inflated due to the fraudulent promotion of a quack medication.

The moral of the story is that I do not tolerate negative or positive hype, deceit, intentionally misrepresenting facts, and what I believe to be illegal activities on this service. This is especially true if your improprieties revolve around a stock in which I am invested. IMO, your conduct on this service is a violation of the TOS and should be stopped.>

Very noble of you. May I make some suggestions:

1)If you think Bill has violated the TOS, send a note here:
mailto:webmistress@techstocks.com

2)If you think he is committing a criminal activity on the internet, send a note here:
sec.gov

3)If you think he is just obnoxious, ignore him. If there is nothing to his claims about fraud then his style is not so subtle that it will suck in the unwary.

He doesn't like your company. Get over it.

Dan,

Are you running for public office or something? Did you ever hear the phrase "free speech"? Did you ever hear the phrase "Caveat Emptor"? Do you really believe that everyone who reads Bill's or anybody else's posts are so gullible, so stupid, so uneducated, that they would blindly invest large amounts of cash just because Bill (or anybody else)says so? Do you really believe that if somebody DOES blindly follow a posters advice and loses money that the poster is responsible for this? Get a life. Big Brother is neither needed nor wanted here. If you want to exercise your obvious compulsion to be a control freak, I suggest you pursue a career as a corrections officer.
I'll take a thousand Bill's over you. Not only is Bill a good investor but he's funny too. You, on the other hand, are deeply disturbing.

Hank
