You are correct Ali that a double reality check is always wise and you were correct to recommend it, however you are incorrect when you say Intel is already doing it. Intel is at 550MHz testing on their Xeon BSB. The discussion was regarding future K7s at 7-800 MHz where today's hardware runs out of steam.
