Yes...voIP looking really hot going forward. Use them shares while they are hot to sink into the evovlving VoIP market. Good move by BRCM, IMO.

<Another great acquisition by BRCM, looking ahead to the future> Or maybe looking with trepidation into the past, as in TI's acquisition of Telogy a couple of months ago combined with last month's purchase of Libit. Telogy, Audiocodes, and (arguably) Newbridge's Castleton have the stronger technology, more impressive installed bases and momentum. I think Nick is remembering the words of Sachel Page ("Never look back-someone might be gaining on you", or something like that).
