GOD SAVE THE QUEEN......QUESTIONS..FROM A UK USER The “300,000 users” claim is somewhat useless. What we need to know is this: How many total subscribers have they had? How many subscriptions have been cancelled? Of the remaining, how many have logged in during the past month and how many are “satisfied” with the service? How many users are logged in at any given time? How many ad impressions can they offer, per unit of time? How do they determine satisfaction? Do they poll their users, or do they assume that whoever doesn't complain is probably satisfied? How many users can their system support before bandwidth takes a noticeable hit? Are their advertisers aware of these numbers?
