However, I have seen no confirmation of the offering date for the 4MM +0.6MM shares. It may be later by a few days. John - I was under the possible misapprehension that the S&P addition was as good as a sure thing for 7/21, and that the new shares would have to be available to institutions that day for them to do them any good (I know that index funds and the like don't _have_ to add Q the same day, but that would be their usual procedure, yes?) Hence the 'expected' pricing Tuesday night for first sale on Wednesday. If I am wrong on one or both of those assumptions, I would say your (considerably more restrained) response would be closer to the mark than mine. -Rose-
