My experience is you get that message when a program is open and you can't talk to it, including you can't close it.

I think you're probably right that the close program thing won't work, but it's easy to try.

Beyond that I'm just watching. This is a good'un.

Actually if it was my machine I'd already have installed a clone. But I may learn something this way.

I'm probably done for the evening.
