I have the same feeling. since individual QCOM investors complained about the extra shares for INDEX funds, the company might give a stock split to please us. just my view.

Another is a split announcement.

Split how much ? Any guesses ?

My guess is 1:4 is what would make sense
(bring it to its "natural home in the 40s"<G>) but that is
not a common split ratio.

Split is imminent. I have not checked the number of authorized shares vs total shares outstanding. If anyone have the figure, please post. Nevertheless, should the number authorized shares is limited, it should not prevent from another split since a special stockholders' meeting can be called for the purpose of increasing the number of shares. But please make it after August 20th.
