Great article on DRIV: redherring.com Digital River may be the company to watch in this space. "Digital River has established an early lead, and they have a strong distribution capability," says Michael Kim of Wedbush Morgan Securities. "The difference is who is first to market and establishes a competitive position." He estimates that Digital River keeps about 20 percent of the revenue it gets from developer clients and around 30 percent from resellers. Digital River, which will announce earnings next Tuesday, has 5,000 clients, according to a company spokeswoman. They include some of the most dominant names in retail, such as Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT), Kmart (NYSE: KM), and CompUSA (NYSE: CPU).

Extra write ups and improved watch lists (not the stocks just the presentation) is being worked on. Unfortunately I have taken on too big a task with the intraday updates and the detailed watch lists it leaves me little time for anything else. That is why we will be having this chat room (still unaffiliated with Market Gems, but that could change), to help with the picks and free me for more detailed watch lists, earnings plays (as if there are not enough already) but I am now delegating. I expect about 3 new staff members by end of September with at least one full time. I found a great programmer, think I found the right guys to run the chat room (I've traded with them for 2 1/2 years), and with publicists and marketing I won't be bothered with co branding, ads and newspaper,magazine interviews that are time consuming.
