I don't mean to sound too callous, but does Russia really matter? I would be more concerned with Malaysia or some other country that is in the general supply chain.

I saw a headline about the predicted fraud. I guess that I will have to see it to punch holes in it. In what time frame would this happen? and how does it compare to what happens currently?

JP - there was a fire at a ma bbell office or warehouse or something on friday in toronto- phone lines were down, atms didn't work, the internet was down, oh, man , it was awful...just imagine a person stuck downtown and can't get cash on a hot humid day...a precursor to why too kay ...i hope not, but....
