There are people on this thread who suggested CuMine can go close to 1GHz on 180nm. So, are you are saying that is not possible? Why?

Channel length consistency is an issue - and is receiving attention - but it was not the major issue.

I believe the Vt targets were the major problem area, and have since been corrected, courtesy of the Ion Implant Controllermeister - if you get my drift.
