Paul: Since I do not know you, and since nothing you have ever written on here proves that your analysis is worth following, I will not let your comments affect me in the least. I will note, however, that votes in all contexts must be valid. If you are not registered to vote in a presidential election, then your vote will not be counted. If a shareholder does not handle his proxy correctly, then the votes will not be counted. The valid votes are counted, and that is how a majority is determined. If you do not understand that basic concept, then you should follow your own advice: sell your shares. Put your money under your mattress.
