These orders should not be cancellable for 60 seconds..that would eli minate all fake bids and all MM's should havd the same rule apply to their selectnet orders ...Market makers should have minimum share liability of 1000 shares as the have had for thje last several decades ..only a yaear and a hlf ago Did NASDAQ reduce the liability to 100 shares ..which increased commissions and trade fees by over 500% for NASDAQ and is what creates the 30 dollar movementso n 100,000 shares
