HOUSTON, Jul 22, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ComTech Consolidation
Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGI) today announced that the company
has completed all required filings with the Securities and Exchange
Commission to be considered a fully reporting company. Last January 4th
1999 the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD)
approved amendments to rule 6530, the Eligibility Rule. These changes
require all OTC Bulletin Board stocks make periodic filings with the
SEC. The NASD also amended Rule 6540 prohibiting member firms from
quoting an issuer's security if the issuer does not comply with the
eligibility requirements of Rule 6530.

ComTech chairman and chief executive officer, Mr. Winfred Fields said:
"This is another major step forward for ComTech, our investors now can
be assured that CCGI common stock will remain quoted by the OTC
Bulletin Board. Back in April when our new management team took over,

receive a modifier at the end of that companies ticker symbol." Mr.

forward to NASD approval in October."
