Check out CHINA.COM. I found in the prospectus that this company was incorporated and BASED in none other than the Cayman Islands. One of only three companies on the nasdaq that hail from there. (one has been delisted for securities fraud, and the other one is a weird scottish insurance conglomerate)

People railed into me for 3 days, saying I was full of crap. Then actual reporters picked up on it, and I've seen not less than 4 major articles pointing out the cayman islands situation with a frown..
