Alan, I assume from your question that you have not read any of G. Moore's books, "Crossing the Chasm", "Inside the Tornado", "The Gorilla Game". If you have then you will understand that tornado investing is buying companies that have crossed the chasm and entered the tornado, hoping to become gorillas. If you have not, then I recommend the books wholeheartedly. I also recommend that you lurk on the Gorllas and Kings thread, but advise you not to contribute until you read "The Gorilla Game". We call that book "the manual".
