COMS - as it lags a bit and others like QCOM sky-rocket, it makes COMS a tasty morsel for a company with tons of equity. Palm would be a crown jewel, networking and other divisions could be built or sold off. Worth more than the sum of its parts. Remember last October it jetted up to $51 on speculation alone. Every in-depth analysis I've read says they can't make it alone and are motvated to sell, but just looking for the right deal.
