Perhaps, but HIT and SNE are the Japanese stocks that have really moved recently, not MBK. Up until the last 2 trading days, it has mostly sat out the Nikkei's recent move. We'll see how well it holds up if things turn sour. I do know this: Fund managers have grossly underweighted the Japanese markets over the past years, it represents 22% of the global market capitalization, and many "Global" funds, had single digit allocations to Japanese stocks, so there is plenty of $$$ in the wings to pump it up should these managers decide get up to an equal weighting.
