ps - Imagine for a minute that we all had private-issue shares of USAB and the announcement of Friday was for an IPO... Or, what if USABancShares (USAB's name until mid-May) had spun-off USABanc.com in an IPO? (as I suggested here back in April) Instead, USABancShares changed their name to USABanc.com and will now offer a secondary offering. All 3 scenarios mean essentially the same thing for those of us that already have our USAB shares... $$$ -VeloSpeed
