If Sims' departure is a good thing, why is the stock down? Perhaps because his replacement has his experience in the oil/gas business? His one year as CEO of Novell (why only one year?) some 17 years ago is probably not too relevant to today's CATP. His recent experience with high-tech is serving on some boards. I hope that is preparation enough. I remember once Mr. McNamara, Department of Defense chief under Kennedy said: If you can run Ford Motor Co. you can run the Pentagon (or something like that). But I thought that sort of thinking was passe.
