Tom, I don't think that Red Hat intends on making it's living selling Linux CD's. Their revenue streams will be based on their support (http://www.redhat.com/corp/products_support.html), training (http://www.redhat.com/corp/products_training.html) and consulting services. A lack of someone to get support from is what the corporate community has been saying is holding them back from implementing Linux on a larger scale.
