I hope you guys don't mind me joining the party. This is really, really good news. I remember reading that post with the article about Msft selling Sidewalk but didn't really think it would happen. But it makes a lot of sense. Plus I recall seeing that Paul Allen(co-founder of Microsoft, just in case someone doesn't know that) owns a large chunk of USAI. So again it makes sense that these two companies would be shaking hands.
