DGIV has to tell the full story We are banking on the fact that the full story really excites MM's and investors. If that is the case, it is better to release it. Digitcom has to realize that if they are to trade in US, SEC holds all the cards. It behooves them to satisfy them completely and quickly. On their part, Roger has said (after the SEC action) that they are working extremely diligently, with their focus solely on satisfying SEC. We can beat the point to death that they should have done that. But, hopefully, their new found (or forced) attention to filing will make them tradeable and enticing to investors. Cheers, Partha
