Once the shares appear on the AMEX, you will actually have to find some shares to borrow if you want to short the stock. But the deal about "AUTOMATIC COVERING" by short market makers and individuals just doesn't happen. I've watched GKI go to the AMEX from the BB (GKIS) and I've watched CGY (formerly CAGI) do the same with no requirement that naked shorts cover. The only way to get the son-o-beeches to cover is for everyone to order out their certificates or scare them into covering with a rapid rise in the stock price.

I would like to offer an apology to Francois Goelo, and Ziasun Technologies. Back in April when Francois first started acting like not just a paid tout, but a nutso paid tout, I said something about him falling under the mental clutches of Riley G, Psychic/Remote Viewer/Psychotic Stock Hyper search.yahoo.com psicop.com Since that fateful day Francoise has become nuttier and nuttier, telling ever bigger and wilder stories to cover up the numerous inconsistencies of this company. In hindsight it's obvious that Riley G was taking over Francoise's soul with his paranormal remote tout powers. Today, sadly, the possession is complete and we have achieved linkup. ragingbull.com I would like to apologize, first to Francois and his family. I feel( in an almost infinitesimally small way) responsible for Francoise turning into the lunatic tout that he has is today. Maybe if I hadn't ever dared post the Riley man's name, none of this would have happened. But I did dare, and the guilt of that is a cross I will have to bear for the rest of my life. I also would like to apologize to ZSUN for the same thing, ruining a good tout. I know how hard it must be for you to find and train a master tout, especially one with the added advantage of living in an offshore, extradition free area. I understand that this is a valuable commodity to have for an operation such as yours and I hope that you will be able to either replace Francoise, or get him the treatment he needs(exorcism) so that he may one day get back to doing an effective job of selling to the public whatever worthless PR you put out, as well as disseminating your latest excuse for not filing any numbers, as well as the other 9 gazillion things that need glossing over with your company. Again my sincere apologies to all. Monty Burns (PS, I can see it now, Riley G called to the trial as an expert witness on stock manipulation, and the evil that shorts do)
