My words were cut and pasted without my permission but I had posted them in a public forum and they weren't out of context, just not properly credited. I have not been working Jacalyn on her communications with the various companies here. All I can say is that I have not been impressed with Mr. Manning's responses to investor inquiries. If his partner has an interest in XSNI, he should take an interest in this issue as well. All in my humble opinion.

Jeffrey D aka JS - Dale Baker did NOT nor has NOT provided me with any information and I have done all my research on this stock by myself; that I copied two paragraphs from one of Dale Baker's posts is not relevant in itself - the subject matter is what is relevant. You are correct, I did refer to "so and so" as a liar and was chastised for that remark by the NYC attorney, however, I did defend my position and that my word is not mud and did not appreciate being intentionally misled by whatever "so and so" said. That I had to write to a partner to get some type of response is tuff, huh; even that intimidating/threatening heavy handed, illegitimate approach of a response says alot about the type of company this may be. I also defended my position to the NYC attorney by presenting ALL the documentation and was then issued an email detailing the specifics that XSNI is OTCBB and so and so shouldn't have said anything blah blah; that inquiries into contracts with other companies xstream UK has "consumated" are not public information and nothing has to be divulged -that any conflicts of information are not subject to being answerable by management until the year 2000. Do you recall my last post to you? Perhaps you misunderstood its depth and my tenacity. I want to let this crap go but you keep dragging me back. Your DD sucks. Jacalyn M. Deaner
