OJ - its really pretty simple: NITE is cast together with the OLBs. *ALL* OLBs have sold off after earnings. NITE is announcing earnings Tuesday. Knowing about the dump after earnings, how many people are going to be enthusiastic buyers today and tomorrow? And after earnings, you can hope NITE will recover in due time - and in *due time*, I'm sure it will happen, but WHEN is due time, is the question. The big problem is that the market will likely decline soon, and take NITE with it. Plus you have the issue of those lock up shares overhanging. Much less to do with charts, all this, but simple realities of expectations and market sentiment/conditions.
