First 43 Days of Operation

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jul 19, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX)
-- e-Vegas Gaming Corp. (OTC BB: ECGC) is pleased to announce the
following gaming and sports book wagering results.

During the first full 43 days of on-line business activity for e-Vegas
Gaming Corp., the company reported $222,000 in wagering. This is split
between $177,000 for casino games and $44,000 for sports book betting.

"We are very excited about the level of wagering activity the Company
has generated over the first reporting period. These results are even
more impressive when you consider our marketing program wasn't launched

"We are looking forward to higher levels of activity, especially with
the college and pro football season coming up," added Mr. Gallagher.

The full financial performance of the business will be reported at the
end of the first full operating quarter of the Company, which concludes
at the end of September 1999.
