In the following Bloomberg article today;

"Technology News

AOL Europe to Start Free Internet Access Service in U.K.; Rivals Freeserve
By Bundeep S. Rangar

written by Bundeep Rangar, the following information is given...". On the other, its CompuServe unit, Britain's third-
largest Internet provider with about 400,000 users, is being
challenged by X-Stream Technologies U.K. Ltd., a privately held
company that pioneered free Internet access in the U.K. last
March. X-Stream frequently offers toll-free phone calls to
supplement its free Internet access offering.""

I have information that indicates X-Stream Technologies is, in fact, a subsidiary of X-Stream Network, Inc., A Delaware Corporation and is a public corporation not a privately held company. It trades on the US OTC BB under sticker symbol XSNI.

Would you please clarify this for me and advise where the author of the article got the information that X-Stream is a private company? Thanks, Jeff D

Mr. Myers, congratulations on the Bloomberg article today that includes impressive news about your company. I think it is absolutely great that X-Stream is mentioned in the same release with the likes of AOL, Freeserve and Compuserve!
I do have one question that I would request you clarify for me. The article says X-Stream is a privately held company. I am a shareholder of X-Stream Network, Inc., which trades on the U.S. OTC BB under ticker symbol XSNI. Did the Bloomberg writer get it wrong? Is your company private or public?
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. Jeff D
