Let's hope the delays aren't because of lack of demand. This IPO is critical to the new company having an adequate balance sheet.

I am still nervous about the acquisition of DIMD by S3, since DIMD is a 30% customer of CMCI. I have no idea if the CMCI product is integral to the DIMD business or peripheral and at risk. Have you any view on that?
