So you don't think it will benefit the entire country? I would think students from the North would head to the south to work, etc. Its mostly the training that is invaluable, not the job itself I was thinking. The internet companies like yahoo are seeing tremendous growth in Europe similar to what we had here last year, I would think some startup companies would emerge from this?
