OT

AudioHighway does not own the patents for storing and playing downloadable music. That is a public standard for compression.

That's astupid, irritating excuse. Let me say this, WAVX has always FAILED to deliver on time with ANYTHING. Go back to when Haup was supposed to be released q-4 98. With this stock playing against a timeline, I now think it's a bigtime longshot. You are not an investor, you're gambling with loaded dice. how can you ignore such a significant downturn? perhaps it's those timetables that have investors moving for higher ground. they keep moving back. the problem is, they you don't have the time. lets be honest, clougas was right about his pick. the stock is going back to single digits. pretty good for is absurd due dilligence.

keep frolicking in the lillies, ignore what's around you, and suffer the consequences

FWIW-- I think wavx will spike once again, but i really think this whole thing is going to fail. 0 confidence level.

OT: Like I Said... A-hem...

Audiohighway.com, at least according to Wired, was issued patents covering portable music devices that capture and store downloaded music.

Compression is one thing. The hardware device is t'other. Arrow missed mark.

Best Regards,
