Regarding the Friday 8 K filing, my understanding as of today is that the filing was to update a previous/old registration dealing with Kinnard warrants ..the reason for the filing is that whenever you update the risk factors(as was done in the follow-on offering S3 ), you have to go back and update the old filing. I am told that it is "business as usual", ie there has been no new material event to cause Friday's 8K filing in addition to Thursday's S3. Regarding the Q2 results, Ancor will be reporting on Thursday July 22 at 7:45 AM Central Time. There IS a conference call, however, it is chaired by Steve Snyder ( not Ken Hendrickson )and there is NO Q&A. here is an excerpt explaining the reason: " As a result of recently filing a Registration Statement with the SEC, the company is in a quiet period and will NOT hold a question and answer session following the discussion of second quarter results."
